Everybody wants to look gorgeous. Even if you are a person who acts like you do not care about your appearance, deep down everybody wants to look good. Looking gorgeous is not about wearing the latest fashions or looking like a movie star — it is about being comfortable in your own skin. If you need a little help becoming more comfortable with your appearance so that you can feel like the gorgeous person you truly are, here are some tips that will help you feel gorgeous.

Get Your Sleep

Getting a good night’s sleep is an essential part of looking and feeling gorgeous. When you do not get the recommended 8 hours of sleep you need, your face will reflect your lack of sleep and take away from your natural beauty.

Eat Well

Eating healthy is important to looking good. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet and try to avoid junk food. Not only is junk food bad for your health, but it’s bad for your appearance.

Wear Comfortable Clothes

What you wear will make a major impact on the way you feel about yourself so it is important that you wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Choose clothes that fit your body type and play up your best features.

Keep Clean

Being gorgeous starts with being clean. Take daily showers and be sure to wash and care for your hair and skin. Brush your teeth at least twice a day to keep your smile sparkling and fresh.

Show That Smile

The easiest thing you can do to look gorgeous is flash a smile. When you smile, your face will light up and reflect a beauty that shines from within. Everybody looks better when they smile so be sure to smile often.

Although it’s good to get a healthy amount of vitamin d from the sun, be sure to wear sunscreen. The sun can damage your skin and make it look older so if you’re going out in the sun, protect your delicate skin with sunscreen.

Exercise

When you exercise, not only will you keep your body trim and in shape, but exercising releases endorphins that will make you feel happy and better about yourself. Incorporate daily exercise into your life and you will feel gorgeous inside and out.

Be Confident

Even if you don’t feel confident, fake it. When you tell yourself that you are beautiful you will exude a gorgeousness that everyone will notice.
