success does not have to be difficultSuccess does not have to be difficult or take a long time. It can happen instantly and it can happen over time. It can easily happen in less than 4 to 5 weeks. Usually it takes more time than is necessary for most people because of one specific identity that most people have.

As Morty Lefkoe recently wrote and I totally agree… “virtually all the behavioral and emotional problems that you and I deal with daily are caused by beliefs … problems like a fear of trying something new, procrastination, a fear of rejection, an almost obsessive concern with what others think of us, a fear of public speaking, and a fear of making mistakes?”

Did you know that it is possible to eliminate the beliefs that cause these and other similar problems easily, quickly, and permanently?

Here is part of a new article over at DocResults.com

Success Does Not Have To Be Difficult Or Take A Long Time

The experts in the field of psychology and personal change from the LOA to classical psychotherapy all agree that when someone wants to change something in their lives that what has to be changed are one’s beliefs.

Even for those who have addictions to substances it is known that without changing their beliefs they will never get free from their addiction. And that is one of the reasons success seems hard.

And from our, everything is energy model a belief is energy with a particular spin or charge. Some of you may have heard that a belief is a thought that has been repeated enough (think spun enough or charged up enough) to be considered more than it really is a repeated thought.

A conclusion (i.e. a belief) is where one has stopped thinking and a judgment has been formed.

Beliefs turn energy into emotions (energy in motion) and add charge to the energy. Let’s make a temporary distinction for understanding purposes, Body sensation without a meaning attached are feelings and body sensation with a meaning attached are emotions. Often most people interchange the two to mean a body sensation with a meaning attached. That is why “emotive feelings” vs. a body sensation feeling are describing two different things.

Body sensation feelings are described by pressure, duration, temperature and texture

Emotive feelings are described by emotional words, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, joy, happiness, etc.

Now there are some great programs out that work on getting the charge out of your beliefs and emotions. Programs designed to change or eliminate limiting beliefs, beliefs that no longer serve you. I have one of the best courses on success because it is designed to shift the charge off of all your core beliefs, and there are about 41-42 core beliefs that all other beliefs come from.

Success does not have to be difficult or take a long time if you address the internal triggers that make it happen automatically.

I agree that thoughts and beliefs are the only thing that keep us from enjoying success and well-being. Part of the reason, I think is, people do not believe that the key to success is this simple. A common belief of the present belief system is that you have to work “hard” to be successful; when we are aligned with our success, in thought, the action part becomes not work, but play.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Sometimes the shift in thinking is all that is needed to bring about success. I’ve experienced this personally and have observed it with clients. Thank you for sharing!

Tina,

Thank you for your thoughts. It usually starts with identity which determines the thoughts and thinking and from there it is all down hill as thinking leads to success or failure depending on the direction of your thinking.

To Your Best,
Houston
