I was gonna write about self employed jobs today and it showed up to give you a FREE gift exercise. This is the coolest little exercise and it is very easy to do. The beauty of the simply exercise is it works on a lot of different levels depending on which one you are needing the most help with at the moment. If right now you are having challenges on the everyday physical or financial level this will help. If you are having challenges on the emotional or psychological level  this will help. If you are having challenges on the mentally, psychic or spiritual level this will help. This little exercise benefits two different systems, Chakras and Endocrine system. Actually they are the same system but you may not be aware they are the same system.

  • This exercise will make it easier to
  • release blocks
  •  remove stress
  •  align your energies (i.e. your chakras)
  •  improve creativity
  • pain relief
  • heal that which needs healing

This little exercise works using the 2nd Forgotten Fundamental of [An Exquisite] Life.

Energy flows, build, charges and strengthens where attention goes.

This exercise does not require a specific intent. You can consciously apply an intent and yet you don’t have to for this to have a very positive effect in your life. The 2nd Forgotten Fundamental works with or without intent. It is the way the universe is set up.

You don’t have to focus on any situation getting better, you can, but you don’t have to. As an example to improve your finances (i.e have more money) you don’t have to set that intent all you have to do is allow your focus of attention to go to the 1st and 2nd position of  the exercise. You can get to the place where you can do this while driving or watching TV. It works better when you set time aside to get in a quite place and focus your attention on the exercise.

Say it is a relationship challenge you move your focus of attention on the 3rd and 4th position.

And the way the exercise is set up it creates balance and flow to open up in all areas.

From the point of view of the Chakra system and the Endocrine system here is how this corresponds

  • The 1st position is your scrotum
  • The 2nd position is your sexual organs
  • The 3rd position is behind your belly button (halfway between your belly button and your spine)
  • The 4th position is chest level (halfway between your the front of your body and the back of your body)
  • The 5th position is in the center of your throat
  • The 6th position is in the middle of your head (will effect Pineal and Amygdala)
  • The 7th position is at the top of your head

Before we go to this little exercise that you can do in 10 minutes or less I want to remind you that for anything to work long term and to work well there is one thing that must be applied and it is pretty simple to get the concept. Do you only take a breath in and a breath out or do you have to continue to breath in and out?

This exercise I’m about to give you works if you do the exercise consistently. It is easy, it is simply and it can make a difference in your life. If you know how to get into HeartSpace™ it will multiple the effectiveness of the exercise and it will keep you out of your doubt, fear and unbelief, which will give this time to work.

OK, here we go…

The exercise consist of taking 21 deep belly breaths in a specific order (7 at a time) and on each deep breath you move your focus of attention to different positions. Nothing more and nothing less because the way the 2nd Forgotten Fundamental of [An Exquisite] Life works. It does all the work.

It will harmonize, energize and align your endocrine system and your Chakra system and wherever there is misalignment or disharmony it will restore it.

The key to this is to notice the sense of the position as you place your attention on the position. You can imagine breathing in and out through the position and how that feels as the breath moves in and out of the position.

1st Breath: So let’s start by focusing your attention on the 1st position, your scrotum. With your attention on the 1st position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

2nd Breath: Next move to the 2nd position, your sexual organs. With your attention on the 2nd position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

3rd Breath: Next move to the 3rd position, behind your belly button (halfway between your belly button and your spine). With your attention on the 3rd position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

4th Breath: Next move to the 4th position,  chest level (halfway between your the front of your body and the back of your body). With your attention on the 4th position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

5th Breath: Next move to the 5th position, center of your throat. With your attention on the 5th position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

6th Breath: Next move to the 6th position, middle of your head. With your attention on the 6th position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

7th Breath: Next move to the 7th position, top of your head. With your attention on the 7th position take a deep, deep breath in and hold it for a count of two and then release it. If you want to imagine feeling the breath move in and out of that position go for it.

8th Breath: Focus on the 1st position

9th Breath: Focus on the 1st and 2nd position at the same time

11th Breath: Focus on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position at the same time

12th Breath: Focus on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th position at the same time

13th Breath: Focus on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th position at the same time

14th Breath: Focus on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th, 5th and 6th position at the same time

15th Breath: Focus on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th position at the same time

16th Breath: Focus on the 7th and 6th position at the same time

17th Breath: Focus on the 7th, 6th and 5th position at the same time

18th Breath: Focus on the 7th, 6th, 5th and 4th position at the same time

19th Breath: Focus on the 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th and 3rd position at the same time

20th Breath: Focus on the 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd and 2nd position at the same time

21st Breath: Focus on the 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st position at the same time
