It is the holiday season and many of us have a tendency to over indulge ourselves during this time of the year so I thought it might be a good thing to share with you a free recording from the oldest living Type 1 Diabetic… who no longer suffers from diabetes. Even if you don’t have a problem with diabetes you want to listen to this because you want the energy and the physical fitness this 80 year old man has.
